The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. About the Practice:

• In business for over 30 years
• Practice annual revenue: $4.2M
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch intraoral camera, etc.)
• Specialty work done in office: Invisalign & implants
• Average new patients/month: 20-30
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time available

Compensation:

• Salary range between $200K - $350K, based on experience and collections
• Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
• Malpractice insurance coverage
