Position Overview
Blue Jay Dental seeks a general dentist to start immediately in Green Bay, WI. Our client is a growing group practice based out of Wisconsin and privately owned. This exciting group has an excellent team atmosphere and opportunities for future growth in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform posterior endodontics
2. Provide sleep apnea treatment (mentorship available)
3. Conduct implant placements
4. Offer orthodontics with Sure Smiles (no brackets or wires)
5. Manage extractions
6. Oversee administrative functions and supervise dental staff

Practice Information

1. Office Hours: Monday - Thursday
2. 10 operatories with digital equipment
3. 85% adults, 15% children
4. New equipment and supportive staff

Compensation

1. Base salary: $150k - $190k
2. Production-based compensation: 30-35%
3. Current associate earning $300k per year

Requirements

1. DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
2. Valid WI license and DEA
3. Willingness to be part of the Green Bay community
4. Competence in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on clinical excellence
