Blue Jay Dental has an exciting opportunity at one of our top client's facilities in Fremont, Nebraska.

BASIC JOB SPECS:

• DATE NEEDED: Ideally by Fall
• DAYS OF THE WEEK NEEDED: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm. Occasional Fridays as needed.

EXPERIENCE: General Dentist offering a variety of services and technologies.

LOOKING FOR IN A DENTIST: Prefer experienced dentists who want to grow the practice and engage with the Fremont community. New graduates are considered, with a mentorship program available.

Possible Buy Opportunity: Office purchase can be included in the contract. The office is also for sale outright.

PATIENT INFO:

• Case load: 20% children, 80% adults
• Pay types: FFS 32%, PPO 58%, HMO 0%, Medicaid 10%
• Medicaid percentage: 10% (not accepting new Medicaid patients)
