Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a DDS/DMD dentist to join a modern practice delivering comprehensive care to a steady patient base. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on treatment options, and create plans to maintain or restore oral health across diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
