Responsibilities include providing emergency dentistry, thorough examinations, and leading staff, all while adhering to strict health guidelines. The position offers flexible scheduling, mentorship from the owner dentist, and competitive compensation based on collections.

Qualifications

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required.
• Current MD state license.
• Previous experience in clinical or private practice.
• BLS certification.
• NPI number.
• Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends.
• Excellent bedside manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/same-day dentistry.
• Conduct thorough examinations for overall dental health.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including root canals and implants.
• Consult with dental specialists as necessary.
• Lead amongst staff.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
