Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a practice built by dentists for dentists, delivering healthy, confident smiles for life. The Dentist will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment planning and delivery of care.

In-office offerings include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. We offer opportunities for exclusive continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments, technologies, and best practices through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
