Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care. In our established practice you will work with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics to provide comprehensive care.

You will promote oral health, educate patients on options, and maintain detailed records while upholding the highest professional standards. Competitive annual pay and strong mentorship await.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education.
