42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the complete clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The practice offers ongoing education and mentorship within a supportive doctor network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active, valid dental license in the appropriate state.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and obtain consent.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records and medical history.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional ethics.
• Keep up to date with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
