Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to the delivery of care in our established practice. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

State license to practice dentistry.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Ability to educate patients on oral health and treatment options.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review and maintain/update patients’ medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
