We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving dental practice full-time in Houston, TX. Join our successful, growth-minded team! Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, has pediatric experience, and enjoys working with children. Preferably, the candidate has 3-5 years of experience and is credentialed with Medi in TX (TMHP/DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:

• Perform general dentistry, focusing on pediatrics
• Build relationships with kids and parents, communicate treatment plans effectively, and translate if needed
• Diagnose tooth pathology and present treatment options
• Perform procedures such as SSC, fillings, pulpotomy, extractions, space maintainers, and prophylaxis
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the team for comprehensive care
• Follow all ICA guidelines

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active, unrestricted TX license
• 3-5 years pediatric dental experience preferred
• Credentialed with Medi in TX preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time

Salary (range):

• $260k/year (~$1k/day for 6+ months or 30% of production)
