Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA, to deliver comprehensive patient care from exams to treatment. You will work 4-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, with compensation up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, creating treatment plans, and performing restorative and surgical procedures. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
- Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
- Stay updated with new developments and best practices.
