Job summary

Gowithzealmed seeks a General Dentist in Conroe, TX to join a very busy, established family practice with strong patient flow.

You will perform comprehensive dentistry, including preventive, restorative, crowns/bridges, root canals, extractions and cosmetic dentistry, using modern technology in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
• Active Texas dental license.
• Graduated in the top 10% of dental school class.
• Strong clinical foundation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a very busy practice environment.
• Motivated, energetic, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including preventive and restorative care.
• Perform procedures such as crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Fabricate dentures and partials; manage patient care in a high-volume setting.

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 3-6 month daily guarantee
• Production Split: 28-35% of production
• Earning Potential: $200K-$400K+ annually

• Bonuses: Doctor Academy completion bonus and potential student loan reimbursement after 5 years
