Gowithzealmed in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a General Dentist to join a very large, busy family practice with a focus on comprehensive and advanced dentistry. You will treat patients of all ages using cutting-edge laser dentistry, implant technology, LANAP, and modern diagnostic tools.

The ideal candidate will hold a DDS or DMD, possess an active Texas license, and have a strong general dentistry foundation with interest in expanding surgical and periodontal capabilities within a high-volume

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
• Active Texas dental license.
• Strong general dentistry foundation.
• Interest in advanced laser, periodontal, and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and restorative dentistry.
• Perform surgical procedures and periodontal therapy.
• Utilize laser dentistry including LANAP.
• Offer dental implants and cosmetic services such as Invisalign.

• Schedule: Full-time
• Practice Type: Very large, busy family practice with a strong focus on comprehensive and advanced dentistry
• Patient Base: Established family practice serving patients of all ages
• Technology: Advanced laser dentistry, digital technology, implant technology, and modern diagnostic equipment
• Clinical Focus: Opportunity for a dentist with an elevated clinical skillset and an interest in expanding their surgical and periodontal capabilities
• Procedures: Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry, surgical procedures, periodontal therapy, laser dentistry including LANAP, dental implants, All-on-4, crowns, bridges, dentures and partials, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, extractions, and sedation dentistry

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 3–6 month daily guarantee
• Production Split: 28–35% of production
• Earning Potential: $200K–$400K+ annually
• Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, malpractice coverage
• Bonuses: Doctor Academy completion bonus and potential student loan reimbursement after 5 years
