Position Overview

• Location: Wooster, OH
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist
• Team: 7 doctors currently between the 2 locations (solo owner + 6 associates)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days/week; 8:00 AM-4:00 PM w/ 1-hour lunch; Wooster open Mon-Thu; open to a 5-day/week split (Wooster Mon-Thu + Canton Fri) for the right candidate
• Procedures: General dentistry, including exams plus any procedures the provider wants to perform (no pressure to expand scope); significant sedation caseload; pediatric procedures available for those open to mentorship
• Patient Volume: 30-35 patients/day
• Payor Mix: FFS combined with Delta Dental and Dentamix fee schedules, plus state-funded plans; Ohio reimbursement runs higher than most states

Practice Notes

• Private, solo-owned practice; all other providers are associates with varied backgrounds
• 11 operatories; recently updated with modern technology and instruments (Kavo handpieces, X-ray in each operatory, etc.)
