The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a consistently busy patient schedule and strong production potential from day one. You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry and are encouraged to perform the procedures you're comfortable with while continuing to expand your abilities, including:

  • Crown and bridge
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions
  • Additional advanced procedures based on experience and interest

Unlike many practices, you'll enjoy full clinical autonomy, allowing you to diagnose and treat patients according to your clinical judgment without unnecessary production pressure.

You'll have the freedom to focus on delivering quality, patient-centered care while working alongside experienced clinicians and a dedicated support team.

Our goal is to create an environment where you can practice confidently, develop meaningful patient relationships, and continue growing without having to manage every aspect of running a practice.

Advanced Technology & Clinical Support

We believe that investing in modern technology and strong clinical teams allows our dentists to provide exceptional patient care while improving efficiency and supporting a positive work environment.

You’ll be supported by:

  • Modern clinical technology, including digital scanners, 3D imaging, and AI-assisted diagnostic tools
  • Digital workflows designed to support efficiency and treatment planning
  • An experienced hygiene team
  • Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs)
  • In-house specialists who provide advanced mentorship and clinical support
  • Opportunities to collaborate with experienced colleagues on complex cases and treatment planning

We recognize the importance of having a reliable, knowledgeable team and efficient clinical workflows so you can spend more time focusing on what matters most — your patients.

Whether you're a seasoned associate or a new graduate, mentorship opportunities are readily available.

We believe meaningful mentorship goes beyond answering questions. It's about providing guidance, constructive feedback, encouragement, and opportunities to continuously strengthen your clinical skills.

Our Collaborative Environment Provides Opportunities for
  • One-on-One Mentorship: Personalized coaching and guidance from experienced general dentists and specialists
  • Clinical Case Review & Treatment Planning: Opportunities to review cases, discuss treatment options, and build confidence when managing complex procedures
  • Constructive Feedback & Clinical Development: Guidance to strengthen clinical skills and improve patient outcomes
  • Patient Communication & Case Acceptance: Support in developing effective communication skills, patient education, and confident treatment presentations
  • Experienced Clinical Support: Access to experienced doctors for questions, observation, and clinical guidance
  • Continuing Education: Opportunities to expand your knowledge, explore advanced procedures and stay current with innovations in dentistry
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for networking, leadership development, and long-term career advancement

Associates benefit from guidance not only from experienced general dentists but also from in-house specialists, creating opportunities to build confidence in advanced procedures and continue clinical growth.

Work-Life Balance & Practice Culture

We understand that a fulfilling career is about more than clinical production and financial success. It's also about feeling respected, having a positive team environment, and enjoying time outside of work.

While we maintain a high-volume schedule and strong patient demand, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance and a collaborative practice culture.

  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support
  • Opportunities for continued education and professional development
  • Annual team celebrations and summer gatherings
  • Long-term stability with a 100% family-owned and operated organization

Our goal is to provide a practice environment where dentists feel valued, supported, and confident in their ability to deliver excellent patient care.

We believe that when our dentists have the right support, a positive practice culture, and opportunities to grow, both our team members and patients benefit.
