42 North Dental in Enfield, CT seeks a General Dentist to deliver complete oral healthcare from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
