Devoted Dental - Chesterfield is seeking an Associate Dentist who will be the clinical lead for our Bloomfield Hills location, supported by senior leadership. The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a competitive base-vs-production pay structure.

You will perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, with mentorship to master 2nd molar endodontics and surgical wisdom teeth extractions, while educating patients and managing case documentation.

Formación

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program is required.

RICHARD MEZY | Devoted Dental - Dentist

As an Associate Dentist at Devoted Dental, you will be the clinical lead for our Bloomfield Hills location. This role is designed for a doctor who is hungry for growth and tired of referring out the "interesting" cases. You will provide comprehensive patient care while receiving direct, hands-on training from our senior leadership.

Pay

• $250,000 - $480,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist

A DDS/DMD from an accredited program.

An active (or pending) Michigan Dental License.

A growth mindset—someone eager to learn advanced procedures rather than referring them out.

Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our patient family.
