Position Summary

Smile Structure Dentistry & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time General Dentist for our location in Helotes, TX. Compensation begins with a daily rate of $800 to $850 for the first 3 months before moving to a tiered collections production model.

Clinical Focus and Qualifications

Applicants must hold an active state dental license and possess at least 3 years of clinical practice experience. We are seeking a clinician with strong interpersonal skills and proven proficiency in comprehensive restorative dentistry, specifically crown and bridge and core general treatments.

Work Schedule and Practice Setting

The role offers a stable full-time weekday schedule in a modern, multi-specialty clinical facility dedicated to delivering family-focused dental care to the Helotes community.

Pay

• $100 - $150 per hour

Offers a daily guarantee of $800 to $850 for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a tiered collections production system.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
