About You:

1. DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
2. Active Colorado Dental License
3. CPR/BLS Certification
4. Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access
5. Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
