Complete Dental Studio in Boerne, TX is seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist with a Texas license, offering a potential future partnership and leadership opportunities within the practice. • Active Texas Dental License
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures
• Nitrous oxide certification preferred
• Experience with cosmetic dentistry, implants, emergency dentistry, and root canals is desirable

Pay

• $130,000 - $180,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday - Wednesday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursdays off
• Friday 8:15 am - 2:00 PM

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dentist
• Software Experience: Open Dental
• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, Molar Root Canals, Tooth Extractions
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 2+ years of practice
• Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency

Licensure: Active Texas Dental License (Required).

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures.

Mindset: A team-oriented professional with a patient-first philosophy and an interest in long-term leadership or ownership.
