Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full patient experience from initial exam to treatment completion. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose conditions, educate patients on options, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. We offer extensive benefits, support for continuing education, mentorship among doctors, potential equity, and the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment options with patients
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality of care and ethical standards
• Stay updated with new developments and best practices through continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state dental license

Hepatitis B vaccination

BLS or CPR certification
