Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam through delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with comprehensive benefits and an equity opportunity.

You will diagnose diseases, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and maintain high standards of care and ethics while staying current with new developments and technologies through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' dental records and medical history.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
