Job summary
42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI. You will manage the complete clinical patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
A daily schedule from 8AM to 5PM and a 36% collections-based earning model are offered. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, ongoing education, and opportunities for professional growth, including CE events through Harvard Rounds
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
- Maintain highest quality and ethics in patient care.
- Stay current with developments and continuing education.
