Job summary

Gentle Dental Lancaster in Salem, Oregon seeks a General Dentist for Fridays and Saturdays to join an established patient base and flexible part-time schedule. You will diagnose, plan treatments, and deliver patient-centered care with clinical autonomy and strong support from an experienced team.

Two days work per week offers solid earning potential, CDP, malpractice coverage, and access to continuing education within a larger dental organization.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, as applicable.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking to add two consistent days to their schedule while stepping into an established practice with the clinical and operational support of an experienced team.

COMPENSATION

Expected earnings working two days per week: $70,000–$160,000 annually

Dentist compensation ranges from $175,000–$400,000 annually on a full-time equivalent basis.
