Base pay range

$87.50/hr - $90.00/hr

Job Details

• Location: Los Angeles or Inland Empire areas
• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gingiva, and related oral structures.

Qualifications

Education & Experience (Required)

• Graduate dentist with state license or regional boards, eligible to practice Dentistry in California.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a General Dentist (preferred).
• Strong charting/documentation skills.
• OJT accredited.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiar with medical terminology.
• Familiarity with electronic dental records (EDR) and practice management systems (PMS) like Dentrix (preferred).

Licensure/Certification

• DDS, OSHA Certification, CPR License, X-ray Radiation License.
• Maintain certifications as required by law or job function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry and selected specialty services.
• Assist in patient scheduling and ensure clinic productivity.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly to patients and staff.
• Diagnose oral conditions, document in dental records, interpret radiographs, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform preventative, periodontal, oral surgery, endodontic, and prosthodontic treatments.
• Manage dental staff and oversee equipment and supplies.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Administer anesthesia and restore dental health and function.
• Willing to work late shifts and Saturdays, and with children.
• Maintain a positive attitude, neatness, and effective communication skills.
