King County is seeking three enthusiastic Dentists for Short-Term Temporary positions in their Public Health Dental Program. The successful candidates will provide coverage in various clinics across Seattle and surrounding areas. Ideal applicants will demonstrate a commitment to health equity and possess an active WA State Dental License. This role emphasizes teamwork and leadership in delivering comprehensive dental care, along with the flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs.
Public Health - Seattle & King County - Public Health Dental Program is looking for three (3) skilled, enthusiastic and flexible Dentists to join its vibrant and diverse Float Pool team! These positions are hourly Short-Term Temporary (STT) positions. Our STT Dentists will be available to provide coverage in our clinics 1-3 days/week. Successful candidates will work at any of the King County Public Health Dental clinics. Dental clinics are located: in Downtown Seattle, Eastgate, North Seattle, Columbia City and Renton. The typical scheduling process is that STT Dentists provide the days they are available, and we work to match those days with any days the clinics need a dentist.

Work Schedule
Standard clinic hours at the five public health clinics are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Days at each clinic will be scheduled at sites based on coverage needs.
Work Location
The formal work location for these positions will be based out of the Eastgate Dental Clinic. These positions will provide backfill for staff dentists at all of our dental clinic locations. Those locations are:
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
