Job summary

42 North Dental, founded to deliver high-quality patient care, seeks a Dentist to join our established Massachusetts practice. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment plan and delivery of care.

In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. We offer 401(k) with immediate vesting, ongoing continuing education, and mentorship within a supportive network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state
• Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X‑rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
