Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from initial exam through treatment planning and delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination
