Job summary

42 North Dental in Grand Ledge, MI is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, maintain records, interpret X-rays, and perform surgical procedures while upholding the highest standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
