Creston Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a Dentist specializing in Endodontics. This role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 days per month, providing an excellent opportunity to align with existing dental practices. Daily compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,700, structured as the greater of a guaranteed minimum or a percentage of production.

The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, high-volume endodontic experience, and an active dental license. Join us in making dental care accessible to all!

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist.
• Active dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases.
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with dental teams to support treatment planning.

Our dental practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
