Job summary

Pine Dentistry & Braces, located in Brookeville, Maryland, is seeking a Dentist (Endodontics) to join our practice. This flexible position offers a daily compensation ranging from $1,000 to $2,700, structured to provide the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.

The ideal candidate will perform root canal therapy, collaborate with our dental teams, and support underserved patients. Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program and the ability to manage complex cases. Opportunities for CE and company-paid malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Active dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Compassionate approach to providing endodontic care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Our dental practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
