Job summary

Benevis is seeking a dentist with strong endodontic proficiency to join our team on a PRN basis in Chelsea, MA. The role focuses on root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases, with flexible scheduling of 1–2 days per month and access to our dental team, technology, and patients.

Qualified candidates will have CODA-accredited DDS/DMD, active licensure, and current certifications; licensed professionals experienced with high-volume endodontics are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated high‑volume endodontic experience with complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi‑canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi‑canal cases
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high‑quality care
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

We expect our dental endodontic provider to have:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Demonstrated high‑volume endodontic experience as a dentist — confident managing complex, multi‑canal, and retreatment cases
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
