Benevis is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our team on a PRN basis, performing root canal therapy and complex endodontic procedures. You will work with a capable dental team, supported by modern technology and structured to meet patient needs on a flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate brings significant endodontic experience, a current state license, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist—confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

• Daily compensation of $1,000-$2,700 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
