Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed dentist to join our established practice. You will lead the full patient lifecycle from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program is required.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry is mandatory.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• BLS or CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options and procedures.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain high quality standards and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on advances through continuing education.
