Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, including in-office specialties.

In our growing network, you will see a strong flow of new patients each month. Compensation is performance-based, with up to 36% of collections and an annual rate range of $50,000 to $125,000 USD, plus continuing education and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on options and outcomes.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate dental records and x-rays.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
