Key Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure the highest quality of patient care adhering to dental ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Discuss treatment planning options with patients
• Deliver high-quality treatments efficiently and effectively
• Manage budget awareness and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals

Additional Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
• Stay updated with new developments in dentistry through ongoing education
• Network with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental in the community
