Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director in a high‑impact role. This position offers robust training, competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to own a practice through the ownership program.

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and a broader team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Salary: $200000 - 300000+ / Year
