Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist to assume the role of Managing Clinical Director in Dundalk, MD. This full-time position offers an exceptional income potential with a salary range around $200,000–$300,000+ per year and additional signing incentives and relocation support.

The role supports clinicians by handling business tasks, allowing you to focus on patient care, with ongoing education, ownership opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
• The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.

Responsibilities
