Job summary

Lumina HealthCare is seeking a DDS/DMD to join our team in Stockton, CA for a flexible schedule (1–5 days/week) delivering dentistry in post-acute care facilities. You will round at multiple sites within a designated territory and contribute to patient care across SNF, PACE, and long-term care settings.

The role offers a competitive base salary with potential commission, a retention bonus up to $3,000, and full malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dentistry at bedside in post-acute care settings.
• Round daily at multiple facilities.
• Conduct routine dental examinations.
• Perform routine extractions and fillings.
• Fabricate, relines, and repair dentures.
• Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients.
• Build rapport with patients, families, facility staff, and company staff.
• Provide excellent chairside communication to enhance the patient experience.
• Weekday commitment: No call, evenings, or weekends.

Salary Range: $182,000.00 - $260,000.00 Base + Commission per year

Lumina HealthCare has an exciting opportunity for a Full or Part-Time Dentist (1-5 days/week) to work in the Stockton, CA area. Qualified candidates will round at multiple facilities that are located within a designated territory. We are currently seeking Dentists (DDS or DMD) to join our progressive medical practice.

Retention Bonus up to $3,000

Our experienced Dentists perform rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing services to residents of post-acute rehab settings, nursing homes, PACE programs, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.

• State professional license
• Valid state driver’s license

Duties

• Weekday commitment: No call, evenings, or weekends
• Deliver dentistry at the bedside in post-acute care setting as well as chairside in the adult day habilitation setting
• Round daily at multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine, preventative dental examinations
• Perform routine extractions and fillings
• Perform denture fabrications, relines, and repairs
• Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Build a good rapport with patients, patient's families, facility staff, and company staff
• Provide excellent chairside communication to enhance the patient experience
