Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist for the Managing Clinical Director position in a dynamic Dental Service Organization environment. You will lead a patient-centered team, conduct comprehensive exams, and ensure the highest standards of care while driving operational and financial success.

The role offers full-time scheduling, opportunities to own your practice through the Ownership Program, and access to ongoing continuing education at a cutting-edge training center.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric clinical team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.

Salary: $230000 – 400000 / Year
