Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director in a full-time role. The position offers strong income potential and flexible scheduling, along with pathways to practice ownership and extensive continuing education.

You will lead a patient-centric team, provide high-quality dental care, and mentor other dentists while aligning clinical excellence with organizational objectives. Training and backend support are provided.

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
