Aspen Dental in Florida seeks a Lead Dentist as Managing Clinical Director to lead a patient-centric team and uphold the highest standards of dental practice. This full-time role offers an income potential upwards of $200,000–$300,000 per year with signing incentives and a path to practice ownership through the Ownership Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to achieve financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach other dentists and dental professionals.
• Stay current with new developments in dentistry through continued education.
• Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
