Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a DDS/DMD-qualified leader for the Managing Clinical Director role in North Carolina. You will lead a patient-centric clinical team, set treatment plans, and ensure ethical, high-quality care while partnering with operations to meet financial objectives.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $215,000–$300,000 per year, plus a $15,000 signing incentive and a $7,500 relocation stipend, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team, respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain budget awareness and work with Operations to reach financial goals.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Network with professional groups to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
