Salary: $200,000 - $300,000+

You’ll achieve success by:

  • Leading a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Ensuring high-quality care while adhering to ethical standards
  • Conducting comprehensive exams and diagnosing dental conditions
  • Discussing treatment options with patients
  • Providing high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
  • Maintaining awareness of the budget and working with the Operations team to meet financial goals

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and coaching new dentists and team members
  • Staying updated with new developments through continued education
  • Networking with professional groups and representing Aspen Dental in the community

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school
