Salary: $200,000 – 300,000 / Year

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensuring excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conducting full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments efficiently and effectively
• Managing budgets and working with Operations to meet financial goals
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals
• Staying updated with new developments through continued education
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental in the community

Qualifications:

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
