Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to fill the Managing Clinical Director role in Florida, with a focus on high-quality patient care and clinical leadership. The position offers a strong income potential and comprehensive support to manage the practice effectively.

You will lead a patient-centered team, oversee comprehensive exams and diagnostic work, and present treatment options while mentoring junior dentists.

• Mentor and coach dentists and staff across the team.
• Stay updated on new dentistry developments through continuing education.

Salary: $200000 - 300000+ / Year

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership

• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
