Salary: $230,000 – 250,000/Year

Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team respecting clinical judgment and leadership
- Ensure high-quality care adhering to dental ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer and discuss treatment planning options with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
- Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals
- Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
- Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continued education
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental practices
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school is required
