  Salary: $230,000 – 250,000/Year

  Responsibilities:

  • Lead a patient-centric team respecting clinical judgment and leadership
  • Ensure high-quality care adhering to dental ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer and discuss treatment planning options with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continued education
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental practices
