Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Lead Dentist and Managing Clinical Director. This full‑time role focuses on patient‑centered care, clinical leadership, and high standards of ethics and professionalism across the practice.

You will lead a patient‑centric team, perform comprehensive exams, discuss treatment options, mentor dentists, and work with operations to meet financial objectives. The package includes a $15,000 signing incentive, generous benefits, and growth through ownership
