Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist (Managing Clinical Director) to oversee clinical operations and ensure exceptional patient care at our practice. You’ll focus on high-quality dentistry, team leadership, and strategic collaboration with the Operations and Education teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain budget awareness and work with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior dentists and staff.
• Stay current with new dental developments through continuing education.
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Qualifications:
