Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist to step into a Managing Clinical Director role, overseeing clinical teams and patient care across the practice. Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsabilités

• Lead a patient-centric dental team with clinical autonomy.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose conditions.
• Discuss and present treatment planning options to patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with efficiency and excellence.
• Mentor and coach newer dentists and team members.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Stay updated on dentistry developments through continuing education.

Salary: $230000 – 300000 / Year

You’llachieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership

• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions

• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients

• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with Operations team toattainfinancial objectives

• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals

• Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development

• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies torepresentAspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
